What You’ll Do

• Be Everywhere the Market Is: Attend real estate team meetings, brokerage events, investor meetups, and networking opportunities across the region to build a strong presence and recognizable brand.

• Generate & Nurture Leads: Build a pipeline of real estate professionals and investors who trust us to handle their pre-sale renovations — and stay in touch through a systematic follow-up and nurture process.

• Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, pitch our services, and close renovation projects that help agents and sellers maximize returns.

• Collaborate with Operations: Partner with our project managers and design team to ensure a seamless experience from first handshake to final walk-through.

• Track & Report Results: Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities — and help refine our business development strategy as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in business development, outside sales, or account management (experience in real estate, construction, or home services is a huge plus).

• A natural networker with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Organized and self-driven — you thrive when working independently and setting your own schedule.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Knowledge of the local real estate market (or a willingness to learn fast!).
