Our client, a National Third-Party Administrator, is hiring a Senior Workers' Compensation Adjuster for a direct-hire role. This is a hybrid position, reporting to their Phoenix office 2 days a week.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years handling Lost Time Workers Compensation claims
- Effectively manages a caseload of 110 to 150 workers’ compensation files, including very complex claims
- Determines compensability of claims and administer benefits, based upon state law and in accordance with established Company guidelines
- Active AZ Adjusters License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
