Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high-quality standards and safety compliance
  • Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and control costs
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff in food service techniques, customer service excellence, and safety protocols
  • Handle cash management duties including POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant
  • Supervise shift management activities including scheduling, staffing levels, and performance evaluations
  • Conduct interviews for new team members, participate in hiring decisions, and support onboarding processes
  • Monitor customer feedback to resolve issues promptly and improve overall satisfaction
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control initiatives, and maintaining operational efficiency in a hospitality environment

Skills

  • Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service management within quick service or casual dining settings
  • Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling and sales tracking
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control practices and food safety regulations
  • Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, culinary techniques, and hospitality standards
  • Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing operations in a food industry setting
  • Familiarity with catering, banquet services, bar operations, or hotel experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, promote staff development, and foster a positive work environment
