Role: Recruiting Assistant
An industry leading recruiter of theatrical and production entertainment professionals is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for theater or production and love interacting with people, this is the role for you!
Job Responsibilities to include:
- Interview potential candidates for open job positions
- Engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, and other software
- Write and post job descriptions on various job boards
- Send weekly email marketing campaigns and update website and social media posts
- Provide sales support for sales team
- Participate in client meetings
- Provide weekly reporting as assigned
- Submit candidates to clients
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Basic understanding of production and theatrical installation industry
- Excellent organizational skills and self-starting attitude
- Ability to communicate with multiple types of people from Management to Installers
- Understanding of Smartsheets, LinkedIn, Facebook, Constant Contact and other marketing tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
