Director of HCP Marketing OTC (Dry Eye / Eyelid)
Location: Boston location preferred but can be remote (Local candidates will report to Waltham office 3 days per week, remote candidates will travel up to 35%)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of HCP marketing for OTC is responsible for creating and implementing growth strategies and tactics on the iVIZIA brand.
This role reports to the VP of Marketing and partners closely with Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance, and Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business planning for the brand: propose objectives, strategies, tactics to increase Dr recommendations.
- Lead the creation of new claims, new messages, new marketing materials for sales, Drs, and patients
- Work with field sales representatives to drive Dr recommendations; implement relevant improvements. Work with sales training to help drive performance.
- Accountable for effectiveness and efficiency of spending: leverage analytics to measure impact of marketing plans & optimize. Manage HCP budget.
- Work in partnership with medical, regulatory, legal, compliance
- Build strong relationships and engage with ECPs to gain insights
- Manage external agency partners
- Lead and develop marketing activities for ECPs; create / optimize Dr education plans
- Build strong relationships and engage with ECPs to gain insights; help plan and attend various trade shows
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- A minimum of 7 years of recent experience in ECP brand marketing in either RX or OTC/Healthcare
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in the Marketing field
- Experience in managing / leading within a complex matrix organization
- Experience developing Dr education programs
- Experience working with field sales a plus
- Experience in eye care a plus
- Work well in cross-functional team-based culture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Boston location preferred but can be remote

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position requires prolonged sitting. Additionally, requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare, and communicate appropriately. Additional physical requirements include hearing spoken communication clearly.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $150k to $210k. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors.
