Duties
- Greet members and visitors with enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, membership inquiries, and class registrations
- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and providing information as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the gym by sweeping vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing equipment, cleaning restrooms/locker rooms and restocking supplies
- Maintain sanitization of the gym with cleaning tasks such as showers, bathrooms, mirrors, walls, bins, desk and other projects as needed.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and clerical standards to support smooth daily operations
