Our organization is seeking a Lead Teacher to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The Lead Teacher is responsible for managing and educating staff, monitoring student learning and development, and investigating any child abuse or neglect concerns. The right candidate for this position will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in early childhood development and teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans and teaching aids.
- Conduct instruction in the classroom.
- Create and maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Initiate, manage, and assess learning activities of students.
- Guide the activities of students.
- Interact with students; offer feedback on their learning strategies and needs.
- Communicate with parents about students' progress.,Resolve student-related issues that arise in the classroom or when interacting with parents.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
