Looking for a few individuals to help out in a new retail shop in Marketplace Mall
The Retail Shop Associate supports daily store operations by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, and helping customers find exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance — Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
- Sales Support — Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
- Merchandising — Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are presented neatly.
- Inventory Management — Assist with receiving shipments, counting stock, and reporting discrepancies.
- Store Maintenance — Keep the sales floor, and checkout area clean and orderly.
- Customer Experience — Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during shifts
- Basic math and computer skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
