What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at The Zone?
The Zone offers a fast paced, energetic, family oriented work environment that focuses on serving our guests. We have been in business for over 21 years and are hiring full time and part time managers. The ideal candidate will organize and manage the operations and maintenance of the business. You will be responsible for setting standards for acceptable levels and methods of all operations; conducting inspections of attractions and building; while recommending and implementing new projects and improvements.
Job Duties:
Hands-on leader; manage day-to-day operations; ensuring quality standards are met while meeting all expectations of our guests.
Provide recommendations for and ensure compliance with operational policies, priorities, and standards relating to operations. Ensure all personnel perform their job safely, efficiently and adhere to all policies & procedures.
Handles guest complaints, settles disputes, and resolves conflicts.
Sets a positive example for guest relations. Displays outstanding customer service skills.
Responsible for daily cash handling and reconciliations.
Staffing duties will include: recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining and terminating as needed.
Job Requirements:
Must have supervisory and sales experience in entertainment, customer service, retail, restaurants, and hospitality.
Great customer service and conflict resolution experience.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
Compensation:
