OVERALL OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of the Creative Coordinator is to help organize and track project information, ensuring tasks are processed in a timely manner and that the team has the support needed to deliver high-quality work to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Creative Coordinator schedules, monitors, and tracks internal projects for assigned clients, ensuring projects progress efficiently and client specifications are met.
- Assist with entering and updating project details in project management software (such as Workfront) to help track progress.
- Support the scheduling of project meetings and deadlines, ensuring all relevant team members are informed.
- Communicate project status updates and reminders to team members as directed.
- Help maintain organized project files, following agency guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support to the Creative Project Management team as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with project management software, especially Workfront, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and committed to continuous process improvement.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow directions and ask questions when clarification is needed.
