This is an onsite, plant‑based role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to build strong, reliable talent pipelines that keep production moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for the full life cycle recruiting process for a wide range of manufacturing and support roles, including hourly production, maintenance, technical, and salaried positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and plant leadership to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies using Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and community outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support high‑volume and ongoing production hiring needs
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments focused on skills, fit, shift requirements, and compensation alignment
- Guide hiring managers through interview best practices, selection decisions, and offer processes
- Represent Ziegenfelder at job fairs, community events, school partnerships, and hiring events
- Promote Ziegenfelder as an employer of choice by communicating the total rewards package, career growth opportunities, and company culture
- Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and candidate pipelines using the ATS
- Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and time‑to‑fill
What You’ll Need
- 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
- Prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or high‑volume recruiting environment
- Proven success direct sourcing candidates, including passive talent
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and operations leaders
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced production environment
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools
Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing or food/CPG production roles
- Multi‑plant or multi‑shift recruiting experience
- Hands‑on experience using Workday or similar ATS/HCM systems
- Prior responsibility for high‑volume or ramp‑up hiring
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades or hard‑to‑fill production roles
- Community outreach, workforce development, or job fair experience
