Position OverviewThe Zanis Group PMO is seeking an IT Project Manager with interest or experience in AI integration, system implementation, and digital transformation.
This role is ideal for a project professional who can manage timelines, coordinate teams, support client communication, organize project documentation, and help move technology initiatives from planning to completion.
The right candidate does not need to be a senior executive-level project manager, but they should be organized, dependable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working with business owners, vendors, internal teams, and leadership stakeholders.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow inside a modern PMO while gaining exposure to AI tools, automation, CRM/ERP implementation, workflow improvement, and business transformation projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage IT, system implementation, AI integration, workflow automation, and digital transformation projects.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, meeting notes, risk logs, status updates, and project documentation.
Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, consultants, developers, analysts, and leadership teams.
Support AI integration planning by identifying workflow needs, automation opportunities, documentation gaps, and implementation steps.
Assist with CRM, ERP, SaaS, cloud, data, and business application implementation projects.
Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities.
Facilitate project meetings, follow-up communication, status calls, and internal check-ins.
Help gather business requirements, process needs, user feedback, and implementation details.
Translate technical updates into clear business language for clients and stakeholders.
Support PMO process development, templates, checklists, client onboarding workflows, and delivery standards.
Required Qualifications2 years of project management, IT coordination, operations, implementation, business analysis, or related experience.
Experience supporting technology projects, software implementation, CRM/ERP systems, SaaS tools, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong organization, communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Comfortable using project management and productivity tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
Interest in AI tools, automation, process improvement, and modern business systems.
Ability to work independently and communicate professionally in a consulting-style environment.
Preferred QualificationsPMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Google Project Management Certificate, ITIL, or related certification.
Experience with AI tools, ChatGPT, automation platforms, CRM integrations, ERP implementation, or business process mapping.
Experience supporting small businesses, nonprofits, consulting firms, logistics companies, government contractors, or professional service organizations.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery.
Experience creating dashboards, reports, SOPs, business requirements documents, or implementation roadmaps.

CompensationCompensation will be based on experience, availability, role structure, and project scope.
Suggested range:
$30–$55 per hour contract
or
$65,000–$95,000 annually full-time
