We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Social Worker Therapist to join our team! In this vital role, you will deliver clinical counseling, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and families. Responsibilities
- Provide intensive therapeutic services to children, adults, and families in the office, community, or home setting.
- Conduct therapeutic supervised visitations between children and families
- Conduct parenting/family functional assessments.
- Utilization of Evidence Based Practices
- Proficient use of computer skills, including typing, and effectively utilize Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Complete and maintain all necessary documentation and paperwork for youth and families enrolled in program
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored treatment plans
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree with a current license or temporary permit issued by the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
OR
- Master’s degree in a related human service field that has met a minimum 24 post-secondary semester hours in approved course work

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
