The International Creative Program Assistant serves as a dynamic bridge between creativity, global perspective, and operational excellence. This role blends administrative precision with cultural intelligence — supporting the Founder in managing daily operations while curating meaningful, engaging, and internationally inspired content and programs for our Schools.
Ideal candidates bring a global mindset, a refined aesthetic, and a passion for early childhood education, storytelling, and cross-cultural engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and optimize thoughtful, globally inspired content for the school’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Maintain and refresh website and digital materials to reflect ongoing programs, international celebrations, and community events
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder, ensuring smooth coordination of school operations
- Schedule, organize, and assist with in-house events and experiences — including formal celebrations, cultural festivals, and parent engagement events
- Manage program data, student files, and CRM systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support new parents onboarding, tours, and orientation sessions with warmth and professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date student records (developmental milestones, attendance, health, and enrollment status) and waiting lists
- Communicate with parents and partners in a polished manner — via CRM, email, and live interactions
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven experience in creative communication, marketing, and administrative coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with composure and professionalism
- Working knowledge of website and social media management tools (WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar)
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and interact across professional levels
- Flexibility to work select evenings or weekends for special events
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.04 - $30.15 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
