Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise in customer service, electrical and mechanical knowledge, and leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner -Conduct routine lawncare duties such as mowing and weed eating - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Skills: - Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with staff and address their maintenance needs - Proficient in English language to understand manuals, schematics, and safety guidelines - Electrical and mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions - Familiarity with schematics and logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes -WILLING TO TRAIN
