As a Printing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and promoting our full range of commercial print services. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of printing processes and solutions.

- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in commercial printing.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand client printing needs.
- Provide custom quotes, proposals, and print specifications for client projects.
- Collaborate with internal business units (prepress, production, fulfillment) to ensure successful job execution.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity, leads, and client communications using a CRM system.
- Report on sales progress regularly to senior leadership.
- Demonstrate results and achievement of performance metrics.
- Meet sales goals and performance metrics.
- Strive to exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Stay current on print technologies, industry trends, and competitor offers.
- Represent The YGS Group at client meetings, events, and trade shows.
- A high school diploma/or GED equivalency, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales and Marketing, Print and Graphic Communications, or related field, preferred, and/or, an equivalent combination of education, training, and on-the-job experience, required.
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (print sales, account management, or related B2B sales).
- Strong understanding of offset, digital, large format and finishing services.
- Proven ability to manage sales pipeline, track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with a results-driven mindset.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
- Ability to achieve sales goals and performance metrics consistently.
- Communicating with others (internally/or externally) to exchange information, verbally, in writing, virtually, in person.
