We are looking for a driven, sales-oriented leader who can take ownership of the business, grow revenue, and create and lead a high-performance team.
Position Overview
The Manager is responsible for driving revenue, leading the team, and delivering an elite customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on:
- Sales growth (memberships, lessons, programs)
- Operational excellence
- Team building, leadership and accountability
- Community engagement and partnerships
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Drive membership sales, lesson packages, and program enrollment
- Follow up with leads, close sales, and improve conversion rates
- Build and execute monthly sales plans to hit revenue targets
- Increase retention, referrals, and upsells
2. Marketing & Partnerships
- Execute grassroots marketing:
- Camps, clinics, events, and promotions
- Drive foot traffic and brand awareness
3. Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily operations:
- Scheduling (lessons, cages, programs)
- Facility cleanliness and readiness
- Customer experience
- Ensure smooth execution of:
- Group training
- Camps and clinics
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency
4. Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and lead instructors.
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards
- Run regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Build a high-energy, positive, results-driven culture
5. Athlete Experience & Program Quality
- Ensure every athlete:
- Is progressing toward their goals communicate with parent
- Work with coaches to maintain:
- Consistent training standards
6. Financial Performance & Accountability
- Manage facility performance vs targets:
- Labor costs
- Profitability
- Identify opportunities for:
- Increased revenue
- Cost control
- Operational improvements
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, customer service, or business operations
- Strong leadership experience (team management required)
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for baseball/softball and athlete development
Highly Preferred
- College or professional baseball/softball experience
- Experience in:
- Training facilities
- Fitness, sports, or youth development
- CRM systems (Odoo)
Schedule Requirements
- Monday–Friday: Afternoon/Evening (prime training hours)
- Saturday: Daytime
- Occasional Sundays for events/camps
