Our network is growing, our campaigns are scaling, and we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives in a high-growth environment and knows how to turn numbers into momentum.
You’ll live in the world of digital ads (especially in Meta): building, testing, and refining campaigns that fuel growth across dozens of locations. You’ll dig into data, uncover insights, and translate them into real results for our franchisees.
You'll collaborating with a world-class creative team, working alongside operations and health, and meeting directly with clients to strategise, report, and celebrate wins.
What You'll Do
- Run performance campaigns that cut through (Meta and Google).
- Analyse data and turn insights into action.
- Lead client check-ins, reporting, and strategy reviews.
- Partner with our creative team to test ideas, refine visuals, and push performance.
- Track leads, optimise budget, and continue to maintain our high brand standards.
What You'll Bring
- 5 years managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.

This is a contract-to-perm role starting with part-time hours with the potential for quick progression to full time. You will be based at our brand new offices in West Hollywood, enjoying a free gym membership two doors down, and the ability to workout around your schedule.
