Crew Leaders typically earn $60k–$80k per year based on experience, performance, and route efficiency.
You will be leading a crew operating under our Bill-Per-Man-Hour model.
We are seeking experienced landscape maintenance professionals to join our fast-growing team in the East Valley. As a Crew Leader, you will bring your field knowledge and leadership skills to one of the most reputable yard care companies in Arizona. You already know how to maintain and care for residential landscapes. Our team will train you on our systems, standards, and client experience so you can thrive in your role.

You dislike driving. Your crew truck is your mobile office and you will spend time driving between properties daily.
The Job:
Pick up all tools, equipment, and materials from the yard or the truck each morning.
Lead a 3 person crew (including yourself) to complete scheduled maintenance routes.
Perform recurring maintenance services including:
- Trimming and shaping bushes up to 10 ft
- Trimming trees up to 8 ft (non-chainsaw)
- Removing large weeds and spraying small ones
- Mowing and edging turf when applicable
- Raking rock areas as needed
- Power blowing hard surfaces
- Collecting and removing all green waste and debris
Complete Initial Clean Ups to bring properties back to maintainable standards.
Ensure proper use and care of company tools and equipment.
Identify issues on the property and communicate upsell opportunities such as irrigation fixes, plant replacements, and cleanups.
Maintain a clean, organized truck.
Document job notes, property conditions, and customer updates using mobile apps.
Communicate with dispatch and office teams throughout the day.
Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience at every stop.
Basic Requirements:
Be nice. Professionalism and respect matter here.
Able to bend, climb, kneel, rake, and stand for long periods.
Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all Arizona seasons.
Comfortable operating trimming tools, mowers, blowers, and hand tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC) and background check.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps or willingness to learn (navigation, job notes, etc.).
Reading and communication skills and basic math for time estimates and notes.
Minimum 1 year of landscape maintenance experience.
Professional appearance.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

During your first weeks, you will learn our standards, systems, and property care procedures.
You will train alongside senior leaders to refine quality and efficiency.
You will gain experience with our Bill-Per-Man-Hour model, route flow, and customer communication expectations.
Once you demonstrate mastery of our standards, you will take ownership of your own daily route.

Interview Process:
