We’re growing fast and looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Client Support Representative (CSR) / Office Administrator to support our customers while managing day-to-day office operations. This role is key to keeping communication organized, schedules on track, and the office running
About the Role:
The Client Support Representative/Office Administrator supports our landscape installation operations by serving as the main point of contact for clients and coordinating communication between customers, project managers, and field crews. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing customer service with administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, and basic problem resolution
- Manage calendars, appointments, and office correspondence
- Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Prepare invoices, reports, and basic documents
- Maintain office organization and supplies
- Support management and team members with administrative tasks
- Track client satisfaction and ensure great experiences
- Help troubleshoot service or billing issues
- Create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service and office administration experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Comfortable with tech tools (CRMs, texting software, etc.)
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in landscaping, home services, or customer service
- Sales experience or confidence upselling products/services
