Regional Nurse Manager
Location: Central, Western and Northwest Ohio (Travel Required)

Are you a passionate nurse leader who enjoys coaching others, solving problems, and improving resident care? We are seeking a Regional Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership and support to multiple senior living communities throughout Western and Northwest Ohio.
This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys variety, building strong teams, and partnering with Executive Directors to create exceptional resident experiences while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality outcomes.
What You'll Do
As our Regional Nurse Manager, you will:
- Provide clinical oversight and support to multiple assisted living and independent communities.
- Mentor and develop Directors of Nursing, Wellness Directors, and clinical staff.
- Conduct regular clinical audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and best clinical practices.
- Assist communities with survey readiness and lead plans of correction when needed.
- Monitor infection prevention, medication management, and resident care standards.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of nursing leadership.
- Assist communities during leadership transitions or periods of increased clinical need.
- Partner with Operations leadership to achieve resident satisfaction, quality, and financial goals.
- Travel regularly between assigned communities.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio or Compact State nursing license
- 2 years of nursing leadership experience (DON/Wellness Manager preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Ohio senior living regulations.
- Experience preparing for and managing state surveys.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple communities and changing needs.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
