We’re looking for a LPN to be our Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who is passionate about leading teams, supporting residents, and helping create an environment where both staff and residents thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, caregivers)
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
- Help create a service-first culture focused on resident satisfaction
- Step in as a clinical leader and problem-solver when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Active LPN license in Ohio or Compact State license.
- Previous leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or similar)
- Passion for senior care, hospitality, and team development
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
Stand Out If You Have

Qualifications:
✔ Valid Ohio or Compact State LPN Nursing License
✔ 2 years of long-term care floor nursing experience

✔ Passion for providing quality care to seniors
