Facility Maintenance Assistant
Job Summary
The Wyndmoor of Marion, a senior living provider in Marion, Ohio, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues
Complete repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with annual inspections and certifications, such as fire alarm and sprinkler system inspections
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Collaborate with Maintenance Director to complete tasks and projects
Respond to resident and staff concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair principles
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
