The Wyndgate Golf Club and The Westwynd Golf Club
The Wyndgate Golf Club and The Westwynd Golf Club are looking for people with a positive attitude for multiple tasks on the golf course. We are filling positions in our Irrigation Department, Landscape Department and on our Grounds Team. Hours are between 40 & 55 per week, and hourly wages may be negotiated based on experience.
Irrigation positions – assist with irrigation maintenance, repairs, labeling, water management, and much more. This job will report directly to the Assistant Superintendent responsible for the Irrigation Department.
· Must be able to use a shovel and other hand tools.
· Must be flexible with hours – mostly at the end of the day.
· Must be neat and organized
· Must have some irrigation experience
*The pay for this job will be based off of experience
Landscape Positions $16/hr. to $17/hr. – assist the Horticulturalist with planting flowers, maintaining landscape beds, and always keeping the clubhouse areas clean and neat. This job will report directly to the Horticulturalist.
· Must have a positive attitude towards others
· Must be able to work well and alongside others
· Must be able to be neat and organized
Grounds Positions $16/hr. to $17/hr. – Work on the golf course throughout the day with tasks such as mowing greens, tees, rough, fairways as well as maintaining landscape beds on the property. There are many aspects of this job that you can learn and perform but you must have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others.
· Must be willing to learn different jobs
· Must be able to work weekends (1 weekend day)
· Must work well with others
· There are part-time positions open for the golf course and pay may be based off experience.
