Healio News Editorial Intern

The Healio News Editorial Intern will be able to assist in news-gathering and administrative functions for its website for health care professionals, Healio.com, and its print medical news publications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Writing
• Proofreading
• Interviewing
• Medical transcription
• General office assistance
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Student in English, Journalism or Communications
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task, be deadline oriented, and possess excellent communication skills
• Some editorial experience is preferred
  
  
  

This is a 10-hour per week opportunity. Must be able to maintain a 5-hour shift for two days during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST). Employees living within a 50-mile radius of our office in Thorofare, NJ will be scheduled to work one day at this location.

Salary for this opportunity is $15.92 per hour.
