What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pre-Litigation Paralegal position at The Wright Legal Group, LLC?
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced pre-litigation paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. You will manage personal injury case files before litigation, gather and organize medical records and bills, communicate with clients and insurance companies, and assist with preparing settlement demand packages.
