Minimum Training, Education, and Experience Requirements:

  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred (equivalent educational training or business experience may be accepted)
  • Minimum 1 year experience necessary
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or similar software is preferred, Excel experience.
  • Run supply/demand reports - keep up with inventory needed for plant
  • Able to work with different forms of measurments and conversions.
  • Proofing tickets for  accuracy
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook is necessary
  • Able to effectively interface with internal and external customers
  • Able to understand business principles and apply them accordingly
  • Able to work independently and on a team within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate good judgment while managing projects, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • High level of accountability and flexibility and accuracy
  • High level of self-confidence, professional grooming, and demeanor, positive, self-starter and high degree of emotional stamina

  • Ability to travel and work at all Wright Group locations as required
  • Ability to work overtime or weekends if needed
