Oversee
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting, including monthly closes and financial statements.
- Oversee payroll accuracy (whether performed by internal staff or outsourced), ensuring financial alignment and proper documentation.
Analysis
- Provide financial insights that support decision-making, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Roll up your sleeves to analyze spreadsheets, solve financial discrepancies, and optimize accounting workflows.
Management
Financial Management & Reporting.
- Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis.
Compliance
Compliance, Audits & Oversight.
- Monitor spending patterns, vendor relationships, and contract compliance.
Consulting
- Act as a consultant and resource for team members regarding cost analysis, financial structure, and process efficiencies.
Implementation
- Implement improved processes for financial tracking, reporting, and accountability.
Develop
- Develop financial systems, controls, and workflows that support transparency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Performance
- Track productivity metrics across Billing, FOH, Clinical, and Telehealth teams in partnership with department leads.
Operations
- Partner closely with Billing, Clinical, FOH, and Operations teams to ensure smooth integration of financial data with practice operations.

- Proven experience as a Controller, Senior Accountant, or similar financial leadership role.
