Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Oversee the management of the organization's website using Squarespace, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.
- Create content on-site to be used in various advertisements.
- Lead budgeting efforts for marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in SEO, e-commerce, and content marketing.
- Strong skills in copywriting with the ability to create persuasive content that drives action.
- Familiarity with Google analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Paid on commission only The successful candidate will be compensated at 20% of revenue generated for large group (10 person) sales, 10% of month over month growth.
