Our client, a fitness-focused women’s apparel brand with a strong Gen Z following, is seeking a full-time Ecommerce Manager to own and optimize the brand’s online store end-to-end. This role will oversee daily site operations, execute product launches, improve conversion, and drive data-backed decisions around inventory, purchase orders, and restocks in a fast-paced, launch-driven environment. This role is onsite 5 day in Van Nuys.
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day site operations, ensuring accuracy across product pages, pricing, inventory, and overall site presentation
- Manage product launches end-to-end including uploads, tagging, assets, inventory syncing, and QA
- Optimize PDPs (imagery, copy, size guides, reviews, UGC) and improve product discovery through collections, filters, and navigation
- Partner with design and marketing to align site storytelling with brand tone and seasonal drops
- Monitor key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, bounce) and implement strategies to improve conversion
- Optimize UX, checkout flow, promotions, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities
- Run QA before and after launches, ensuring site functionality, speed, and accuracy
- Review and approve purchase orders based on sales data and demand forecasting
- Analyze sell-through and performance to recommend buy quantities and restocks
- Partner with planning and operations to align inventory with launch timelines
- Generate reports on sales performance (color, size, category, lifecycle) and provide actionable insights
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of e-commerce or DTC experience (Shopify or Shopify Plus preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience making data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, launch-driven environment
