A contemporary women's wear collection with mindful practices and an effortless aesthetic seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand's email, SMS, and onsite retention programs to support customer engagement, repeat purchase behavior, and overall retention growth. Three days onsite, two days WFH.
This role owns the day-to-day execution and management of lifecycle marketing initiatives — including campaign deployment, automated flows, segmentation, reporting, and onsite capture experiences. Working cross-functionally with eCommerce, Creative, Growth, and Content Strategy teams, this role ensures lifecycle programs are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with brand and business objectives. Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify is required.
This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and operational side of retention marketing within a fast-paced DTC environment.
