Role Description
We're hiring an Experienced Bookkeeper / Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, with a flexible and hybrid schedule.
This isn't a background processing role. You'll own a set of client accounts, manage real relationships, and be a trusted point of contact for the business owners we serve. You'll work closely with our internal team to maintain accuracy, meet deadlines, and help us continue building and refining systems as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Manage a dedicated set of client accounts from month to month
- Oversee reconciliations and prepare accurate monthly financial statements
- Manage journal entries and support payroll processing
- Maintain and update accounting software, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Communicate directly with clients to understand and meet their specific needs
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine systems and support firm growth

- QuickBooks experience is required - this is non-negotiable
- Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial statements, and journal entries
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
