We are a high-energy, casual-upscale restaurant and entertainment venue doing high volume sales with significant expansion planned in 2026 (restaurant attractions). We’re looking for a professional, hands-on Assistant General Manager who can lead the front-of-house team, deliver excellent guest experiences, and grow into a future General Manager role.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor FOH staff and supervisors
- Maintain high standards for service, professionalism, and cleanliness
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience
- Create and manage FOH schedules and labor targets
- Hire, train, and develop quality staff
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and ensure service readiness
- Work closely with the Chef and GM to maintain smooth operations
- Handle guest recovery with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with inventory, ordering, administrative tasks, and systems
- Act as Manager-on-Duty regularly
- Prepare to step into a future GM role
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of management experience (AGM or FOH Manager level)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Polished, professional presence
- Ability to coach, train, and hold staff accountable
- Experience with scheduling and labor management
- High standards for appearance, work ethic, and guest service
- Positive attitude; calm and effective in a high-volume environment
- Desire for long-term growth into General Manager position
Compensation
- Salary: $62,000 – $75,000
- Quarterly bonuses based upon performance
