Telehandler Operator - Tallahassee, FL

Summary: The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company, is seeking experienced and dependable Telehandler Operators to join our Emergency Response Logistics Support Reservists Cadre Team. As a Telehandler Operator, you will play a key role in supporting emergency operations by safely operating telehandlers to load, unload, and transport supplies and materials. You’ll be part of a critical logistics team ensuring timely and effective support in disaster-affected areas.

• Operate telehandler equipment to safely load, unload, and move materials.
  
• Support the setup and breakdown of logistics operations at deployment sites.
  
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on telehandler equipment.
  
• Assist with other material handling tasks as assigned.
  
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  
• Collaborate with logistics team members to meet operational needs.
  
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in varying conditions.
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments during disaster responses.
  
• Availability to deploy with short notice is essential.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
  
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
