You will also be involved in our day to day Shipping and Receiving activities which include setting up shipments via UPS and FedEx portals.
Duties
- Safely load and unload shipments using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipment accuracy and documenting all transactions thoroughly.
- Utilize pallet jacks, forklifts, and scissor lifts to move materials within the warehouse efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of heavy equipment and mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist with inventory counts, organization of warehouse space, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related construction environments with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and shipping & receiving procedures.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining safety protocols.
- Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership opportunities.

Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour
