As a general assembler, you will work across various product lines, individually or part of a team to assemble the various furniture products ranging from classroom to medical. You will also work with various upholstered products.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Types of various hand tools.
- Quality standards: The requirements, specifications, and guidelines to ensure that products, and processes are of good quality and fit for purpose
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Program
- Read and follow work instructions, processes, procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Assist team in meeting goals set for quality, scrap, etc.
- Consistently work in a safe manner
- Maintain professional behavior and attitude
