We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our Marketing team.
About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating short-term marketing execution across email, social media, programs, Shopcast, website updates, and the Shopfront. This role ensures that all marketing efforts stay aligned, on schedule, and well-communicated.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and our specialized Coordinators (Email, Programs, Ecommerce), helping the team execute smoothly and consistently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping many moving pieces aligned.
This is an in-person role based in West Lebanon, NH.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate short-term marketing execution across all channels
- Maintain marketing timelines, task tracking, and communication using Monday.com
- Ensure all team members and partners are working from the same plan
- Act as the communication hub within the Marketing team
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure marketing priorities are reflected in the Shopfront
- Track and share basic performance metrics to support decision-making
- Proactively flag risks, gaps, or misalignment and help drive solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years experience coordinating marketing, content, or ecommerce workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working across teams and managing deadlines
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, or Monday.com (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Ability to stay calm, flexible, and solution-oriented as priorities shift
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, products, and workflows
Experience in the yarn, knitting, or craft industry is not required, but interest in learning about the space is important for success.
