Venue Manager
- Hours: 20–40 hours/week
- Pay: $20/hour 5% commission
This is a 20-40 hour a week on-site role for a Venue Manager located in Vista, CA. The Venue Manager will oversee the daily operations of The Woodshed Venue, ensuring smooth coordination of events, touring clients, and maintaining the venue facilities. Responsibilities include touring clients, managing staff, scheduling and supervising events, maintaining the venue's appearance, and addressing any issues that arise during events to ensure client satisfaction. The Venue Manager will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Lives locally for open touring availability
- Managing inventory and maintenance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Scheduling and managing bar staff
- Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus
