We are looking for a seasonal Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and cleaning, from March to November. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. You must have a clean background and be able to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities
- Gardening and upkeep by mowing lawn, trimming branches
- Collecting trash,
- Experience with power washing
- Conduct maintenance tasks
- Working independently
- Report to the Lead Maintenance Technician for issues
- Punctual
- Accountable
Skills
- Experience using hand and electrical tools required
- Experience with zero-turn mower, tractor, weed whacker, leaf blower
- Ability to read work orders
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity/able to lift 50 lbs.
