Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications

- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Familiarity with industry best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Food handling experience
