Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff using electronic health records (Revolution EHR)
- Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities
- Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles within an office environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Experience with Revolution EHR (Medical Health Records preferred but not necessary)
- Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist procedures is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in record-keeping
