Woodhouse Spas are seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing professional skin care treatments to our clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well-being.

ESTHETICIAN POSITION

• Classification: Part-Time Up to 32 hours a week
• Weekends Required

EDUCATION

•  Active IL State Esthetician License required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1 or more years of experience with facials.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay the best in their profession.
• Experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service
• Proven track record for retail sales

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be
assigned.

• Performs exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols
• Provide excellent guest services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area according to current State Board regulations.
• Utilize software to  manage client information.
• Work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures
• Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
• Exercise good judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals.
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
• Ability to educate, offer solutions, and recommend homecare solutions.  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Must be able to sit and bend over for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to perform multiple services during shift
