The Woodhouse Day Spa operates four modern luxury spas in Indiana. Owned by a dedicated husband-and-wife team, the spa offers over 35 therapeutic and wellness-focused services, providing affordable luxury to guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. With a mission to create memorable experiences for guests and foster an unparalleled work environment, The Woodhouse is proud of its team, which currently consists of over 150 servant-hearted individuals driving our success.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
• Deliver a seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Open and/or close the spa as a trusted key holder
• Support daily front desk operations and guest flow
• Assist with appointment booking, confirmations, and schedule management
• Recommend enhancements, retail products, and future bookings
• Help maintain a calm, organized, and luxury-focused front desk environment
• Support spa leadership in upholding service standards and team accountability
• Address guest needs with grace, urgency, and problem-solving skills

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality, spa, salon, luxury retail, or front desk service preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Professional, polished, and friendly presence
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• Sales-minded with the ability to recommend retail and promote rebooking
• Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and support the team
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
