The Opportunity
As our Assistant Spa Manager, you'll take a hands-on leadership role in two essential areas of our business: our Hospitality Team and our Retail Boutique.

This is an opportunity to lead people, drive results, elevate the guest experience, and make a meaningful impact within a luxury wellness environment.

What You'll Own

Retail Leadership & Sales

• Drive boutique sales, merchandising, and retail performance.
  
  
• Coach your team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and personalized guest recommendations.
  
  
• Track sales goals, KPIs, and opportunities for growth.
  
  
• Bring fresh ideas to promotions, product launches, and retail experiences.
  
  

Team Leadership & Culture

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Hospitality Team.
  
  
• Build a culture of accountability, positivity, and exceptional service.
  
  
• Set clear expectations, celebrate wins, and coach performance.
  
  
• Lead by example and create an environment where great people thrive.
  
  

Luxury Hospitality & Operations

• Deliver a five-star guest experience from arrival to departure.
  
  
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and guest flow.
  
  
• Resolve guest concerns with confidence, professionalism, and care.
  
  
• Maintain the elevated atmosphere and standards that define Woodhouse.
  
  
• Jump in and support the team wherever needed.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

Strong retail experience is essential. Spa experience is a plus, not a requirement.

• Proven leadership experience in retail, luxury hospitality, beauty, or wellness.
  
  
• Demonstrated success driving sales and developing high-performing teams.
  
  
• Strong understanding of merchandising, inventory, and retail KPIs.
  
  
• Confident, positive, organized, and results-oriented.
  
  
• A natural coach who motivates others and holds people accountable.
  
  
• Passionate about exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  
  
• Comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, and owning results.
  
  

Experience in luxury retail, skincare, cosmetics, or spa operations is a plus. Meevo experience preferred.
