Our Spa Concierge team sets the tone from the moment a guest walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone who is warm, polished, dependable, and naturally hospitable—someone who can create a calm, welcoming experience while confidently keeping a busy front desk running smoothly.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Spa Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience. You’ll:

• Welcome every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Create seamless check-in and check-out experiences
• Manage appointments, scheduling, phones, and guest requests
• Recommend services, enhancements, memberships, gift cards, and retail products
• Anticipate guest needs and find little ways to make visits special
• Handle questions or concerns calmly and professionally
• Keep front desk and guest areas polished and spa-ready
• Work closely with our massage, esthetics, and leadership teams to keep each day running smoothly
