We are hiring for a part-time Assistant Manager with oversight of our Back of House Operations.

- Manages a team of spa service providers
- Responsible for setting and achieving goals
- Implements protocols
- Onboarding & Training schedules
- Inventory Ordering
- Manages day to day operations
- Customer service knowledge required
- BOH Daily communications
- Coordination of monthly meetings
- Weekly Cleaning Responsibility
- Leadership experience required
- Spa knowledge required
- Massage License, Nail Technician, and/or Esthetics License required
- Hybrid service provider part-time and manager part-time
