We have an opportunity for a part-time (20-30 hours) Concierge/Hospitality Professional to begin training and working with our team.
This is a part-time position over the summer to cover for vacations and closing shifts, and can transition to full-time, if desired, during Season (Oct/Nov). Must be available to work one or both weekend shifts during the summer, and until 7:30 during the weekday shifts.
2 years of experience in Hospitality/Concierge/Guest Services within a Spa, Resort or High-End Salon is required. Experience with MEEVO, Zenoti or similar spa/salon booking systems is a plus. A warm, hospitality-driven personality, strong upselling and retail sales skills, fluency in English and excellent communication skills is required.

More specifically, our Spa Concierge Professional:
- Has a thorough understanding of our spa services which results in the ability to recommend and create the perfect experience for each guest
- Answers phones and professionally assists the guest in booking spa services to meet their needs
- Greets each guest with a warm welcome, a sincere smile, and provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
- Provides spa tours and educates the guest on the “Woodhouse Experience” including our amenities, quiet rooms, group events and more
- Strives to enhance the guest experience and revenues by upselling enhancements and recommending retail
- Professionally handles the check-out process, answers questions that arise, and ensures each guest leaves relaxed, renewed and looking forward to returning
- Pays attention to the details, asks questions to understand, and performs their job with accuracy
- Serves as back up for the leadership team to ensure things are running smoothly
