About the Role:
We are seeking a Retail Leader with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Rocky River, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment and help customers find the perfect products to enhance their spa experience.
Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales and meet sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all spa guests
- Maintain a clean and organized retail space
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
- Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive retail sales
Requirements:
- Prior retail sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus
- Ability to close during the week and work one weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday.
