Duties

- Provide menu information and assist guests with food and beverage selections.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently.
- Support catering and banquet services during special events.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary options, to assist guests effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
