Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler/Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and finish processing, ensuring that products are built to specifications and meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and finishing concepts and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced changing environment.
Duties
- Assemble components and parts according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete assembly tasks.
- Sand, tape off, stain, and varnish cabinets and woodwork items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled and finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly and finish process to supervisors.
Experience
- Previous experience in an assembly and finishing line is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including cabinet drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
